Weddings and special events are the best time for gathering friends and family in one place to celebrate life’s special moments! Here at The Timeless Lens, I believe in making sure your special day gets all the attention it deserves – leaving you with a treasure trove of captured memories to enjoy for years to come.

I’m Ellis, and I have ten years experience in the photography industry, having worked at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the British Library and the London Metropolitan Archives. My approach to capturing images is to work with clients to make sure no important moments are missed. I like to add details and candid moments to all of my collections as well as the must have group shots and romantic, posed, expected portraits. For a limited period I will also be including engagement shoots taken before the ceremony FREE if these are something you would like.

I’m comfortable working in colour or black and white and happy to accommodate any requests that will help to make your collection feel bespoke to you.

I offer an initial 1hr consultation to find out about you, your event, the details of theme and venue. I will work with you to draw up a photography schedule allowing room to inject creativity to capture your special moments, both scripted and unscripted! The fee for the consultation will be £150 in advance and this will serve as the deposit to be deducted from the booking.

Rates for Weddings
8 hr day = £600 (including £150 deposit/consultation fee)
12 hr day – £800 (including £150 deposit/consultation fee)
This price includes the introductory session, any preliminary venue research, post-production work and access to Photo library of best 300 images.
Cancellations Policy
Deposit (within 1 day of consultation)
Booking fee – 50% at time of booking 50% 48hrs before event.
Cancellation of entire event no later than 2 week forfeiting 50% of fee
Changes to Date/Time/Location no later than 2 weeks

**Permission to use 5-10 images from each event placed on The Timeless Lens website and Instagram account is assumed with each package – unless otherwise negotiated. I will never publish images of children unless written permission is given by the parents. **

Rates for Events – These are charged at £75 per hour excluding travel if needed outside the London area.
